Application Examples

内皮屏障 在玻璃网筛膜一侧培养单层细胞并成像。细胞可以在静止或者流动剪切力条件下培养.

2D跨内皮迁移,在玻璃网筛的一侧培养单层细胞。可以观察悬浮的白细胞在流动状态下的滚动、粘附以及侵袭情况。

3D凝胶基质中的细胞迁移,在流动状态下,观察白细胞的滚动、粘附以及向3D凝胶基质中肿瘤细胞方向的迁移情况。

共培养及细胞屏障检测,在玻璃网筛的两侧分别培养单层细胞。信号传递,共培养以及迁移实验都是可以检测的。

极性检测,3D凝胶基质中的化学因子可以导向在膜另一侧培养的单层细胞的极性发生。

气液界面下的皮肤及肺模型,气液界面条件下的极性化的细胞实验。
