Each batch of our ESC-Sure™ FBS is put through a series of quality assurance tests: ESCs are cultured in ESC-Sure™ FBS-containing medium for more than 5 passages and then tested for normal morphology, karyotype, pluripotency and germline transmission via tetraploid blastocyst injection. Moreover, ESC-Sure™ FBS is quality tested after several freeze/thaw cycles.
