本产品包含Taq DNA聚合酶、dNTPs、MgCl2、反应缓冲液，浓度为2×。具有快速简便、灵敏度高、特异性强、稳定性好等优点，可最大限度的减少人为误差。使用时只需加入DNA模板和引物既可。 本产品使用方便快捷，能避免 PCR 操作过程中的污染，使用时只需取适量2×Taq PCR MasterMix溶液，加入模板和引物，并加入去离子水补足体积，使MasterMix溶液浓度为1×即可进行反应。使用前请保证充分溶解并混匀，操作需在冰上进行
