Serum Free-Cell Freezing Medium (SF-CFM) is specifically designed for the cryopreservation of human and animal neurons in vitro. It is sterile and has a pH of 7.2 at room temperature. This product contains DMSO and other intra- and extra-cellular protectants to further increase the viability of neurons during the cryopreservation process.
