| Suggested Working Dilution | | OPD Diluent & TabletsMake up solution immediately before use. Dissolve 1 OPD tablet per 10 mL of OPD diluent. Add 25uL 3% H202 per 10 mL of OPD diluent. Mix well by vortexing. This solution is light sensitive when mixed. Use within 60min of preparation. OPD is a potential carcinogen, use proper personal protective equipment when handling these reagents. |
