EGF重组人表皮生长因子,人表皮生长因子(EGF)Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth FactorEGF（Epidermal Growth Factor）中文名称表皮生长因子，是一类重要的生长因子。EGF是有53个氨基酸分子组成的肽链，链中含有6个半胱氨酸分子，半胱氨酸分子间形成稳定 的双硫键，使整条肽链成为三个环联部分的活性物质。EGF的主要作用是促进皮肤细胞的增殖、分化，加速受伤表皮细胞的修复，加速新陈代谢，提高新细胞在皮 肤中所占的比例，它能起到延缓皮肤细胞衰老，使皮肤滋润光滑的作用。还有抑制胃酸分泌等特殊的效果，在医药上有很广的用途。EGF 是Cohen (1962) 从雄鼠颌下腺分离提纯出来的一个具有53 个氨基酸的多肽，广泛存在于人体各种组织及体液中。在胚胎发育过程中，EGF 在脑、视网膜、下丘脑、耳蜗、脊髓前角细胞、背根节细胞、Clarke 背核细胞以及中间外侧束细胞均有表达。大量体外实验证实EGF可调节NSC/神经前体细胞分裂、增殖和分化，维持这些细胞的生存并促进其迁移，加入EGF 可使BrdU标记的神经前体细胞明显增加。Kuhn等研究发现EGF可促进成年大鼠脑室区NSC增殖，增加由室下区迁移至纹状体和纹状体自身前体细胞的数 量，但降低了迁移至嗅球新生神经元的数量，增加了星形胶质细胞的数量。
EGF不能促进早期侧脑室室下区NSC分裂增殖，但可促进晚期NSC增殖。Boillée等通过核糖核酸酶保护测定发现，从胚胎期第12 天到成熟期这段时间，EGF受体（EGFR）的mRNA可在颈部脊髓腹侧部位表达，在ED15中脑生发层和小脑外颗粒层内可检测到EGFR 的mRNA，EGFR在脊髓的分布为EGF 发挥作用提供了必要的结合位点，提示EGF 在发育较晚期起作用。

人表皮生长因子重组蛋白是在大肠杆菌中重组表达的，是一条单链、非糖基化的多肽链，包含有53个氨基酸，分子量为6222Da。该人表皮生长因子重组蛋白最终由标准的色谱技术纯化出。| 溶解建议 | 提 供的人表皮生长因子(EGF)产品为过滤灭菌的白色冻干粉末；该冻干粉末是从含1mg/ml人表皮生长因子(EGF)的10mM磷酸盐缓冲液（pH 7.4）中冻干产生的。我们建议加无菌的18MΩ-cm水以配制工作储存液到100ug/ml，后继实验过程中可根据实验要求进一步稀释。 |
| 保存建议 | 人表皮生长因子(EGF)冻干粉末在室温可保存3周，或置于-18℃冻存用于长期保存。重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天以上；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装（加载体蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃冻存。请避免反复冻融。 |
