（图示）将10µl合成DNA样品以1：4的比例在30µl水中稀释。使用Roche®LightCycler®480和FinnzymeDyNAmo®FlashSYBR®Green qPCR试剂盒（F-415L）
比手动移液具有更高精确度和移液效果。
标靶：将人GAPDH（顶部曲线）一式四份地扩增。将18µl（预混液）和2µl（cDNA）移液至20µl反应体积中。使用了Roche LightCycler 480和Invitrogen Platinum Taq DNA聚合酶。
每个自动移液模块（APM）均使用ISO-8655标准进行校准，其高效能如图所示。
