产品介绍
goodHRP(Horseradish Peroxidase)即辣根过氧化物酶，可以催化DAB、TMB等底物显色或催化ECL等化学发光试剂产生化学反应而发光。本产品为辣根过氧化物酶标记的经亲和纯化的山羊抗体，特异识别小鼠/兔IgG，检测灵敏度高，本底低，对其它种属IgG无明显交叉反应，可用于Western Blot、ELISA和免疫组化检测。
免疫原小鼠/兔IgG
缓冲液10mM PBS(pH7.4)，50%glycerol
稳定剂10mg/mL BSA(IgG-free and protease-free)
防腐剂0.05% sodium thimerosal
