DESCRIPTION: Affinity purified antibody isolated from a pool of serum from goats immunized
with purified mouse IgG was labeled with peroxidase by the periodate method of Nakane and
Kawaoi[1]
FORM/STORAGE: Store at -20°C for a minimum of 1 year.
STABILIZER AND PRESERVATIVE: Goat serum added as a protein stabilizer. No preservative
added. Additional biological protection may be provided with 0.01% thimerosal. DO NOT USE
SODIUM AZIDE. Non-sterile.
E/P RATIO: Molar enzyme/antibody protein ratio = 4:1
SPECIFICITY/CROSS REACTIVITY: Based on immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, the
antibody reacts with whole molecule mouse IgG. It also reacts with the light chains of other
mouse immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
The antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
