    可溶性两性霉素B简介 Amphotericin B solubilized ： 
    
    Application Polyene antifungal antibiotic from Streptomyces. Affinity for sterols, 
    
    primarily ergosterols, of fungal cell membranes. Forms channels in the membranes,
    
    causing small molecules to leak out. 
    
    Antimicrobial spectrum: fungi and yeast. 
    
    Recommended for use in cell culture applications at 5.6 mg (solid)/L. 
    
    Biochem/physiol Actions Mode of Action: Interferes with fungal membrane permeability 
    
    by forming channels in the membranes and causing small molecules to leak out. 
    
    Antimicrobial spectrum: Yeasts and molds.

    多烯类抗真菌药物。本品与真菌细胞膜上的甾醇结合，损伤膜的通透性，导致菌细胞内钾离子、核苷酸、氨基酸等外漏，破坏正常代谢而起抑菌作用。
