产品介绍Histostain-SP (Streptavidin-Peroxidase) and Histostain-SAP (Streptavidin-Alkaline Phosphatase) immunohistochemical staining kits employ the LAB-SA (Labeled [strept]Avidin-Biotin) method. For Histostain-SP Kits, DAB or AEC chromogen/substrates generate a colored precipitate around the target antigen in human samples. DAB (brown) is approximately twice as sensitive as AEC (reddish). For Histostain-SAP Kits, AP-Red or BCIP/NBT chromogen/substrates generate a colored precipitate around the target antigen in human samples. BCIP/NBT (dark blue/purple) is about twice as sensitive as AP-Red (red/magenta).

温馨提示:
1. 本系列检测试剂盒适用于绝大数组织，但对于内源性生物素含量比较丰富的组织（如肾脏、肝脏等），应选用非生物素检测系统，或用avdin封闭。
2. 工作液：如以每张切片加入1滴（约50μl）计算，3ml可做60张切片，6ml可做120张切片。
