GZL Nanodisc
Nanodisc technology has emerged as a powerful alternative for the solubilization
and stabilization of membrane protein. Membrane scaffold protein (MSP) holds
the phospholipid bilayer to form nanodisc which mimics the native environment
for membrane proteins in a soluble form.
GZL offers two options to reconstitute membrane proteins into nanodiscs:
1. For the reconstitution of membrane proteins that are
already isolated and solubilized in detergent, combinations
of phospholipids and MSP are recommemnded.
2. For use in cell-free expression systems, empty nanodiscs
are recommended.
We provide:
1. Lyophilized MSP for reconstitution of purified proteins.
2. Assembled nanodiscs for cell-free expression system.
3. Customized kits to your own nanodiscs.
