康宁样品冷却及加热系统

确保温度一致性和降低污染风险
良好的可控性和标准化的分析流程对于取得成功的实验结果来说至关重要。样品前处理，
包括样品收集，样品处理，样品存储和样品准备，同下游的分析工作一样，是取得实验
成功的重要步骤。然而在实际操作中，样品前处理步骤往往未被充分重视。在前处理过
程中的变量，如温度差异，可能导致误导性的实验分析结果，减缓甚至直接影响您的研
究。
Corning®样品冷却和加热解决方案提供高度一致、可重复和标准化的温度控制方法。我
们提供的方案适合有冰、无冰、外接电源或用电池等多种使用模式。为您减少意料之外
的温度失控，降低污染风险，使您的样品始终处于您所要求的温度条件。
将样品管、板或孔安置于Corning CoolRack® 和CoolSink® 热传导模块，使用冰，干冰，
酒精浴，水浴锅等冷却源或加热源，可以减少由于样品直接置于冷却源或加热源上而造成
的样品间温度差异。
我们提供的解决方案灵活多样，您可以根据实验需求选择合适的配件组成。CoolRack和
CoolSink模块既放置在传统冰桶、冰盘，又可以结合无冰冷却系统使用，如Corning
CoolBox™产品。无论您选择何种组合方式，我们都可以确保您的样品温度稳定，保证您
的研究从最开始的一步就顺利进行。
Corning® CoolRack®和Corning CoolSink®热传导模块
将盛放样品的单管、多孔板或八连管等直接放置于冰，干冰，酒精浴，水浴锅等冷却
或加热装置，管内/孔内样品温度会因不同的孔位而出现差异。使用康宁CoolRack和
CoolSink热传导模块，可以减少这样的差异。CoolRack和CoolSink热传导模块可以直
接放于低至-196°C，高至100°C以上的温度条件，模块可以迅速达到所处温度。
CoolRack和CoolSink模块能够确保所有的样品管、多孔板中的样品，无论是降温、速
冻、加热还是冻融，样品间温度均一，温差不超过0.1°C。
应用范围：试剂的降温，如ECM (Corning Matrigel® Matrix)，限制性内切酶，dNTPs，
和抗体等；无酒精干冰速冻，适用于组织、病毒和细菌等多种样本；以及在实验台上
进行液氮中的冻存管分选等。
所有热传导模块均可承受高温高压灭菌，或使用漂白剂，酒精或其他实验室消毒剂消
毒。部分CoolRack模块符合SBS标准。

Corning® ThermalTray™ 热传导平台
CorningThermalTray热传导平台可以与CorningCoolRack®模块和CoolSink®模块配合，在液态温度控制环境下使用，如融冰，水浴，液氮等。
ThermalTray与CoolRack和CoolSink模块一样，采用高导热合金制造。ThermalTray平台将外界温度传导到CoolRack或CoolSink模块，后者将温度传导到样品。
该平台稳定坚固，可以放入融冰或液氮中使用操作，十分适合处理对热敏感样本。
ThermalTray模块可进行高温高压灭菌，使用漂白剂，酒精，或其他实验室消毒试剂消毒。

Corning® CoolBox™ 系统
Corning CoolBox冷却系统方便台面操作，无需使用冰、电或电池，直接冷却或冷冻样品。
Corning CoolBox用途多样，有多种样品孔尺寸和多个温度范围可供选择。与CoolRack®和CoolSink® 热传导模块匹配，可以放置微量离心管，
冻存管，PCR单管以及微孔板等多种形式样品储存容器，为您提供稳定的温度环境，保证您的研究工作顺利进行。
Corning CoolBox 产品特点

冷却或冷冻核心保证数小时冷却（0.5℃-4℃）或冷冻（-20°C到0°C）。CoolBox系统同样可以配合干冰使用，组成一个紧凑的、
便于携带的速冻工作平台，方便处理细菌、病毒或蛋白样本。
Corning Cool Box有多种规格可选，适配于所有的Corning CoolRack和CorningCoolSink热传导模块。
CorningXTStarter是一个开放性的冷却平台，兼容绝大部分的CoolRack和CoolSink模块，应用广泛而灵活多样。XTStarter结构紧凑，
占地面积小，可以放置于安全柜内使用。XTStarter可以确保样品处于低温状态(0.5°C到4.0°C)，长达4个小时。自带的1°C到8°C温度检测器，
可以实时提供平台温度信息，方便实验者随时查看。XTStarter包括以下部件:一个XT基座（HolderBase）和一个XT冷却核心(CoolingCore)。
为了延长冷却时间，在需要的情况下，可以配两个冷却核心（CoolingCore），将备用冷却核心放置于冰箱冷冻，方便随时替换使用。
Corning CoolBox XT系统是理想的台式冷却平台。该系统包括基座，增高围领和盖子各一个，两个XT冷却核心(适配于单管或多孔板)，可以用于单管或多孔板样品冷却。
Corning CoolBox 2XT系统包括一个基座，增高围领，盖子和两个XT冷却核心，可用于样品冷却。当在XT和2XT系统中需要使用高管模块时，
请再定购一个增高围领，以保证盖子可以盖上。您也可以根据自己的需求，在现有的搭配基础上，选择您需要的组合。

Corning® 冰桶和冰盘
6 为了您的使用方便，我们提供可回收的无毒乙烯-醋酸乙烯(EVA)为原料的冰，干冰或液氮盛放容器。这些容器均高度绝缘、可堆垛、坚固耐用、
自重轻而不易出现液体渗漏。容器不易发生形变，外部不易凝露，容器底部带有纹路，可以防止滑落。非常适合用于碎冰，干冰(-78°C)，液氮(-196°C)，
酒精或盐溶液盛装；同样适用于较高温度的应用，最高适用温度高达+ 93°C。一共有5种尺寸和7个颜色可供选择。
