Mouse Factor X binds capture antibody coated on a micro titer plate. Factor X, Factor Xa, and Factor Xa in complex with inhibitors or cofactors will bind to the capture antibody. Polyclonal sheep anti-mouse factor X primary antibody binds to the captured factor X. Excess antibody is washed away, and bound polyclonal antibody is then reacted with the secondary antibody. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450 nm. All reagents and standards are provided in these ELISA kits.
