3、InDel检测与统计
4、结构变异（SV）分析
5、拷贝数变异（CNV）分析

​1.3 送样要求

1) 样品总量：≥ 10ug;

2) 样品浓度：≥ 50ng/ul，样品浓度越高越好。

3) 样品纯度：OD值260/280应在1.8～2.0;

4) 样品质量：基因组完整、无降解。

5) 样品包装：用封口膜密封样品，DNA低温运输（-20℃）
