Product Description:
ImmuMAX is a cell culture medium supporting the growth and expansion of Human lymphoid cells in a serum-free environment. Wisent ImmuMAX is conceived to support the growth of monocytes, macrophages and a large range of lymphoid cell lines.
Adaptation Of Cells To IMMUMAX Serum-free Media :
The IMMUMAX Cell culture Medium is ready-to-use, however for serum-free growth we recommend adaptation in a series of steps for cell lines where serum-containing media has already been used.
1.First passage using 75% of the serum-supplemented medium and 25% of IMMUMAX.
2.Second passage using 50% of both media.
3.Third passage using 25% of the serum-supplemented medium and 75% of IMMUMAX.
4.Fourth passage using 10% of the serum-supplemented medium and 90% of IMMUMAX.
5.Cells should now be able to grow in only IMMUMAX.
