产品及特点

本产品为20X浓度的LAMP核酸染料，可以直接加入到LAMP或者RT-LAMP反应体系中，随反应进行其颜色发生改变， 从而实时监测反应的进程。它具有如下特点：

1. 实时监测LAMP或者RT-LAMP反应进行，随反应发生其颜色发生改变。如果发生LAMP扩增，颜色由反应前的紫色变成天蓝色。

2.使用方便，不需要开盖，不需要电泳，直接定性检测LAMP反应是否发生。

3.灵敏度高，灵敏度跟SYBR Green I相当（但SYBR染料是需要UV激发），本产品的激发光是自然光。
