Supplied complete with a 6x15mL fixed-angle rotor, this basic unit features variable speed to 4000rpm/1900g, suitable for a variety of applications in the clinical setting or research lab. The rotor accepts 15mL (16x130mm) and 10mL (16x100mm) tubes directly. Optional adapters accommodate smaller tubes, including common blood draw tubes.
The VWR Clinical 50 has a window in the lid for viewing the rotor. A safety interlock cuts power to the centrifuge when the lid is opened. The rugged ABS housing adds durability to the centrifuge and is easy to clean.
