Product description:
The Recombinant antibody human VEGF mAb was produced in mammalian cellcontaining heavy chain and light chain with predicted MW of 150kDa. Purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining (Figure A). The antibody was active in ELISA assay with an EC50 of about 65ng (Figure B).

Purification: Chromatography on protein A resin

Positive control: His-VEGF₁₂₁(AbZyme, Catalog No. AZ-008)

Tested Application: ELISA, WB

Applications: ELISA use at an assay dependent dilutionWB 1/1000-1/2000. Not yet tested in other applications

Activity: ELISA to measure recombinant antibody human VEGF mAb binding activity (Figure B). VEGF was immobilized on the plate and was detected by recombinant antibody human VEGF mAb.

Formulation:
Lyophilized from a 0.22μm filtered solution at a concentration of 1mg/mlin 100mM Tris-HCl, pH7.2.

Reconstitution:
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water to a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml.

Shipping&Stablity:
The Product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon reconstitution, the preparation is stable for up to 1 month at 2-8°C. For long term storage, apportion the reconstituted preparation into working aliquots and store at -20°C to -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
