用途：生化研究。它既有离子交换性质，又有G类葡聚糖凝胶的优点，如非特异性吸附很少，不易使包括酶在内的蛋白质变性等。并具有分离大分子量物质的特点。使用前需经蒸馏水溶胀，稀酸和稀碱等处理，再洗至中性后应用。蛋白质、多酞、酶、生物碱等的分离
