MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION
Mouse PCSK9, Heavy Labeled is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, and has a calculated MW of 72 kDa. The predicted N-terminus is Gln 35. DTT-reduced Protein migrates as 20 kDa and 64 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation and proteolytic digestion.

BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITY
The specific activity was determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of human TF-1 cells (human erythroleukemic indicator cell line). The ED50 for this effect is typically 2-10 ng/mL.
