储 存 液0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Platelet-activating factor, a compound that reduces inflammation by increasing permeability of blood vessels and contracting various involuntary muscles such as those in airways. It is a phospholipid with a wide range of proinflammatory actions, is immediately degraded and inactivated in vivo by PAF acetylhydrolase.

血小板活化因子(platelet-activating factor,PAF)是一种内源性具有生物活性的磷脂。由中性粒细胞、血小板、肥大细胞、内皮细胞和巨噬细胞产生。除早期发现它有强烈引起血小板聚集和脱颗粒作用外,近年来的研究发现它还具有广泛的生物活性,作为一种独特的细胞因子参与体内多种生理、病理过程,包括激活中性粒细胞,使其聚集、趋化、释放氧自由基和白三烯,抑制T细胞增殖,刺激B细胞合成IgG和IgE,抑制心肌收缩力,增加血管通透性,引起体循环血压下降和肺动脉高压等。由于它具有广泛的高强度的生物活性,故PAF被认为是与过敏反应有关的关键性介质之一。
