The CXCL12 proteins belong to the group of CXC chemokines， whose initial pair of cysteines are separated by one intervening amino acid. 溶解建议:
提供的小鼠基质细胞衍生因子-1α（mSDF 1a）产品为过滤灭菌的白色冻干粉末；该冻干粉末是从含1mg/ml小鼠基质细胞衍生因子-1α（mSDF 1a）的10mM 乙酸 （AcOH）溶液中过滤灭菌并冻干产生的.我们建议加无菌的18MΩ-cm水以配制工作储存液到不低于100ug/ml，后继实验过程中可根据实验要求进一步稀释.

保存建议：
小鼠基质细胞衍生因子-1α（mSDF 1a）冻干粉末在室温可保存3周，或置于-18℃冻存用于长期保存.重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装（加载体蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃冻存.请避免反复冻融.
