Tested applications：

For ELISA or Western Blot, the recommended dilution is 1:1000-2000. Select the optimalworking dilutions base on your test. It is still valuable to dilute the antibody for up to tens of thousands.

The recommendeddilution buffer is 0.01M PBS(PH 7.0) containing 0.2-0.5%BSA and 0.05% tween-20. Other suited buffer is acceptable. Do not use the diluted antibody in the second time, otherwise, add appropriatepreservative and stabilizer to the diluent, store at 2-8℃, away from the light, and use up as soon as possibleto avoid the detrimental effect.Final determination of suitability of any material is the sole responsibility of the user.

Note:

1, The reagent can still be used over the expiry date for a long time, but it is strongly recommended to use properly beyond the validity.
