Stemgent® HRP Goat anti-Mouse IgG Antibody was screened on human embryonic stem (ES) cells by western blot analysis and selected as the best application-tested secondary antibody, among those tested, for stem cell research applications. This polyclonal goat anti-mouse IgG antibody reacts with the light chains of mouse IgG and those common to other mouse immunoglobulins. Reaction is primarily with kappa light chains. The antibody does not react with the heavy chains of mouse IgG. The Stemgent® HRP Goat anti-Mouse IgG Antibody has been tested by ELISA to ensure minimal cross reactivity with human, bovine, goat, horse, rabbit, rat, and sheep immunoglobulins. However, cross-reaction with immunoglobulins from other species has not been tested.
