产品描述：B2 Microglobulin Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 11.76 kDa. The B2M is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

溶解建议：Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. The protein was lyophilized from a concentrated solution (1mg/ml) containing PBS (pH 7.4) and 0.05% NaN3. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized B2M in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100μg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
保存建议：Lyophilized B2M although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18℃. Upon reconstitution B2M should be stored at 4℃ between 2-7 days and for future use below -18℃. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
