肌动蛋白是一种具有收缩能力的微丝蛋白，是细胞的一种重要骨架蛋白，在细胞分泌、吞噬、Locomotion、Cytoplasmic Streaming和Cytokinesis等过程中起重要作用。α-肌动蛋白(α-Actin)由377个氨基酸组成，分子量约为42kDa，广泛分布于几乎所有的肌型细胞中。此蛋白主要用于检测骨骼肌、平滑肌、血管平滑肌、心肌和肌原性肿瘤 包括:平滑肌瘤、平滑肌肉瘤、横纹肌肉瘤以及肌上细胞和肌上皮瘤。

| Background | Insulin is a hormone with extensive effects on both metabolism and several other body systems. It causes most of the body"s cells to take up glucose from the blood (including liver, muscle, and fat tissue cells), storing it as glycogen in the liver and muscle, and stops use of fat as an energy source. Insulin is synthesized as a precursor molecule, proinsulin, which is processed prior to its secretion. A- and B-peptides are joined together by a disulfide bond to form insulin, while the central portion of the precursor molecule is cleaved and released as the C-peptide. |

1. 如果本抗体用于Western blot (WB)、免疫荧光(IF)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)等实验，请注意回收使用过的稀释抗体。回收的抗体通常至少可以重复使用5-10次。稀释后的抗体，包括已经使用过的稀释抗体，请4℃保存。
2. 回收后重复使用的抗体，使用方法同新鲜稀释的抗体。如果在重复使用过程中发现抗体出现轻微混浊现象，可以10,000g离心1-3分钟，取上清用于后续检测。如果回收的抗体出现明显的絮状物或长霉长菌等情况，则可以考虑废弃该抗体。
3. 提供的Western一抗稀释液也可以用于免疫荧光(IF)、免疫组化(IHC)、免疫细胞化学(ICC)等适当用途。如果希望获得zuì佳的检测效果，请考虑使用上述检测专用的一抗稀释液。
