文 献：Fenretinide is a vitamin A analogue and has been used as a chemopreventive retinoid for women at risk of developing contralateral breast cancer. Fenretinide treatment resulted in a significant risk reduction of second breast cancer in premenopausal women after 15 year followups, which is remarkable at younger ages, and persisted several years after treatment cessation.
