\t\t\t1.仪器设备
\t\t\t微量移液器,铝铂,透析袋(MWCO8000),电磁搅拌器,分子筛柱。
\t\t\t2.试剂
\t\t\tNHSB:N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺生物素,0.1 mol/L碳酸氢钠缓冲液,双蒸水(注意去除游离氨基),用以配制碳酸氢钠缓冲液或硼酸缓冲液DMS0,10g/L牛血清白蛋白(W/W)PBS液等
\t\t\t(三)结果判定
\t\t\t与酶-或荧光染料-结合的亲和素、链霉亲和素或中和亲和素( neutravidin),通过标准方法(Westerblotting或免疫荧光染色法)测定交联率
