Product DescriptionLS-F53014 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Mouse CSPG4 / NG2 in samples of Plasma, Serum and Tissue Homogenates. It is based upon a Sandwich assay principle and can be used to detect levels of CSPG4 / NG2 as low as 7.8 milli units per milliliter. About CSPG4 / NG2 Proteoglycan playing a role in cell proliferation and migration which stimulates endothelial cells motility during microvascular morphogenesis. May also inhibit neurite outgrowth and growth cone collapse during axon regeneration. Cell surface receptor for collagen alpha 2(VI) which may confer cells ability to migrate on that substrate. Binds through its extracellular N-terminus growth factors, extracellular matrix proteases modulating their activity.\xa0Uniprot:\xa0Q6UVK1Q6UVK1\xa0NCBI:\xa0NM_001897NM_001897\xa0NP_001888.2NP_001888.2

Specifications
SpecificationsType \xa0 Sandwich ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kit Target \xa0 CSPG4 / NG2 Reactivity \xa0 Mouse Specificity \xa0 This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of mouse CSPG4. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between mouse CSPG4 and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between mouse CSPG4 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Quality Assurance \xa0 Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation. Kit Components \xa0
