● 生物活性：经相关的体外或体内生物试验测定
● 蛋白含量：经紫外分光光度和SDS-PAGE分析测定。必要时，使用HPLC法与已精确定量的标准品溶液进行比对
● 内毒素含量：经动态LAL(鲎试剂)法测定
● 微生物污染：蛋白溶液装管前经滤膜过滤除菌
