Hooke Kits™ for EAE Induction in C57BL/6 Mice产品示例：

货号 EK-2110，Hooke Kits™ for EAE Induction in C57BL/6 Mice，该产品预装注射器中提供的乳液，随时可用。持续诱导雌性C57BL / 6小鼠的EAE
EAE将在90-100％的小鼠中发育。免疫后9至14天发病。平均最高分将为3.0至3.5。每个批次均经过测试并单独调整以确保一致的疾病诱导。

在第0天，注射MOG35-55 / CFA或MOG1-125 / CFA乳液和百日咳毒素。
在第1天，注射第二剂百日咳毒素。

消除了乳液的繁琐制备
正确制备的乳剂对于可靠诱导多种自身免疫性疾病模型至关重要。我们精心制作的乳化液已预装到注射器中，随时可以使用，以减少建立实验所需的时间。

节省时间和小鼠测试单个试剂

减少鼠标设施受到病原体污染的风险

Typical results

C57BL / 6小鼠的EAE诱导
数据来自单个实验中的三个独立组。免疫使用了Hooke Kit™MOG35-55 / CFA乳液PTX（EK-2110），以及11-13周大的雌性C57BL / 6小鼠（Taconic Biosciences）。

在给药前，从3个小瓶中收集百日咳毒素。

使用推荐的方案，使用来自Jackson实验室的C57BL / 6小鼠以及MOG1-125 / CFA乳液PTX（EK-2160），可获得相似的结果。
