CYT-1181
Interleukin-21.
Interleukin-21 isoform 1 or IL21, categorized as a T helper cytokine. IL21 is part of the regulation of immune responses, haematopoiesis and cell-mediated responses. IL21 takes a main part in haematopoiesis and immune responses regulation, therefore can affect lymphocyte development. Activation of T cells leads to production of the IL21 which has an important role in the viral infections persistence.
IL21 Canine Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 130 amino acids (18-146a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 15kDa.
Escherichia Coli.
IL21 protein solution (0.5mg/ml) containing Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH7.4).
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The activity is determined by the IFN-g ELISA in a using NK-92 human natural killer cells. The ED50 range ≤ 2ng/ml.
