五、性能：绿白色结晶性粉末或结晶。稍有异臭，略有甜的金属味。本品受潮或其水溶液氧化后变为含正铁盐的黄褐色。光照可促进氧化。铁离子与其他食品添加剂反应易着色。溶于水，成带绿色的透明液体，呈酸性。几乎不溶于乙醇。
六、用途：营养增补剂（铁质强化剂）；用于强化奶粉的铁剂；用于小麦粉、饼
干、面包；呈色调节剂。
七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套塑料编织袋，每袋25Kg。
八、贮存与运输：应贮在干燥、通风清洁的库房中，轻装轻放，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离堆放。

Little smell and foreign smell of metal.The colour will be yellowish-brown when it be damped or aqueous solution be oxidized.It is put color on easily with the other food additives.It is can be green transparent liquid when it is soluble in water,the aqueous solution is acidity. Hardly soluble in ethanol.
