– Recovery Viability ≥ 80%.
2. Cell Purity;
– GFAP-positive cells ≥ 70%.
– β-tubulin III- or doublecortin- (Dcx-) positive cells ≤ 10%.
– GalC-positive cells ≤ 10%.
