Dengue fever is caused by one of four closely related virus serotypes of the genus Flavivirus， family Flaviviridae， patient may have the second dengue fever infected by the di大肠杆菌中重组表达erent serotype virus after the primary infection. Detection of specific antibodies to dengue viruses has bPolyvalent dengue antigen for gold conjugation and rapid test production.
