SM304 InGaAs近红外光谱仪
SM304是一款高分辨率、宽动态范围、高信噪比的高性能科研级光谱仪，采用SM304 TE cooled InGaAs阵列探测器，适用于弱光源短红外测量。还采用TE制冷，确保了仪器长时间稳定的工作。应用SP公司特有的光路和电子系统，使暗噪声和杂散光控制到最小。最理想的测试范围是：900nm-2500nm。SM304可直接通过内置狭缝或经光纤耦合进光，支持标准可拆卸式接口SMA 905，FC光纤耦合器或者定制光纤接口。
光谱仪软件包括基于Windows的SM32光谱采集和分析软件，以及SDK和DLLs供客户自行开发
