细菌基因组完成图测序

随着基因组研究的迅速发展，全基因组测序已逐步成为微生物基础研究的重要手段之一。通过基于PacBio第三代测序和Illumina二代测序，根据菌株具体情况制定最优策略，最终得到一条完整的基因组序列（1 contig，0 gap），是细菌基因组测序的最高要求。
