| 生化机理 | 5-Aminosalicylic Acid,the metabolite of sulphasalazine,has been shown to inhibit PGDH(prostaglandin 15-hydroxydehydrogenase) in human placenta and bovine lung.Further studies show that this antiinflammatory compound also inhibits leukotriene formation in human leukocytes.Additionally,5-Aminosalicylic acid demonstrates the ability to disrupt TNFα(tumor necrosis factor α)-stimulated NFκB(nuclear factor κB) activation via inhibition of the multimeric IκB kinase regulating complex. |
