 Taq Plus DNA聚合酶是Taq DNA聚合酶和Pfu DNA聚合酶按特定比例混合而成。Taq Plus DNA聚合酶具有Taq DNA聚合酶很强的DNA聚合能力，同时由于Pfu DNA聚合酶的存在，具有一定的保真特性, 能部分纠正DNA扩增过程中所出现的错误。与Taq DNA聚合酶相比，具有扩增长度增加（简单模板可有效扩增20kb，复杂模板可有效扩增10kb）, 保真度好的特点；与Pfu DNA聚合酶相比，具有扩增速度快，反应效率高的优势。使用本制品扩增得到的PCR产物具有3’端"A"突出，因此可直接克隆于T-Vector中。

1）可替代大部分Taq DNA聚合酶的用途；
2）需高灵敏度的PCR扩增；
3）大片段PCR扩增反应（可达20 kb）； 

· Taq Plus DNA聚合酶特点 
更高效：以DNA为模板，扩增长度可达20kb。
更灵敏：比Taq酶扩增灵敏度更高（图例一）。 

· 质量保证 
经多次柱纯化，SDS-PAGE胶检测仅可见清晰单一的目的条带；
PCR方法检测无大肠杆菌DNA残留，无核酸内、外切酶污染。
