Rat IgG (Ab141774) was tested by ELISA. The plate was coated with 1.0 μg/mL Rat IgG. A serial dilution of Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L Antibody (Biotin) was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.

3 μg/lane of Rat IgG (Ab141774) was resolved with SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (N) conditions and visualized by Coomassie® Blue staining. Showing the band at 26.0 kDa (Light Chain) & 51.4 kDa (Heavy Chain), under reducing conditions; 164.3 kDa, under non-reducing conditions. The purity of the Rat IgG is greater than 95%.
