产品概述

红色荧光示踪探针 CytoTrace Red CMTPX是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光示踪探针，CytoTrace Red CMTPX与CellTracker CMTPX在化学上相同。CytoTrace 红色CMTPX可以自由地通过细胞膜进入细胞，在细胞中转化为细胞不渗透的反应产物。CytoTrace 红色CMTPX染料经过几代保留在活细胞中。染料转移到子细胞但不转移到群体中的相邻细胞。CytoTrace 红色CMTPX染料设计用于显示荧光至少72小时，并且染料具有理想的跟踪特性。另外，Red CMTPX Red CMPTX染料的激发和发射光谱与GFP（绿色荧光蛋白）光谱很好地分离，允许多路复用。
