产品概述

活细胞荧光示踪探针FDA[荧光素二乙酸盐]是美国AAT Bioquest生产的用于检测活细胞的荧光探针，FDA（荧光素二乙酸酯）是一种非荧光疏水性荧光素衍生物，可以通过细胞膜（包括哺乳动物和细菌细胞），因此细胞内酯酶水解产生高荧光产物荧光素的二乙酸酯基团。荧光素分子在具有完整膜的细胞中积累，作为细胞活力的标记。不具有完整细胞膜或活性代谢的细胞可能不会积聚荧光产物，因此不会表现出绿色荧光。
