Sandwich ELISA detection of Recombinant Human TNF-α Protein (rp156007) using TNF alpha Mouse mAb (Ab156547) as capture antibody at concentration of 1.0 µg/mL. Biotinylated TNF alpha Mouse mAb (Ab215301) as detection antibody at concentration of 0.5 µg/mL. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (np156148).
Detection range: 0.97 ng/mL - 1000.0 ng/mL
Indirect ELISA - TNF alpha standard curve
Immobilized Recombinant Human TNF-α Protein (rp156007) at 1.0 µg/mL overnight at 4℃. Coated protein probed with TNF alpha Mouse mAb (Ab156547). Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HRP) (Ab156255) detected bound primary antibody.
