Alpha Biobeads' genomic DNA isolation kit is specifically designed for isolating genomic DNA from whole blood with high yield and purity. Specially coated magnetic beads enable high DNA binding capacity and minimal contaminations from various samples. This kit features super flexibility for different assay formats (tube, 96-well, automation), as well as a wide range of blood sample volumes (350 μL ~ 10 mL). The obtained DNA from whole blood are highly pure (A260/A280 ≥ 1.8, A260/A230 ≥ 1.8), and are suitable for various downstream applications.
