The biological activities of tigliane, lathyrane, ingenane, casbane, jatropholane and premyrsinane diterpenoids which contain the gem-dimethylcyclopropyl unit are described. Particular attention is given to their anti-viral, anti-microbial and cytotoxic activities. In the main text there are 132 references.
