Abstract

Integrating molecular networking and ¹H NMR techniques successfully enabled the discovery of three new cycloheptapeptides, asperversiamides A–C (1–3). Their complete structures were further confirmed by total synthesis. All three compounds exhibited potent inhibitory activity against Mycobacterium marinum.
