An efficient microwave-assisted Pd(OAc)₂-catalyzed direct arylation of thiazolo[3,2-b]-1,2,4-triazoles with aryl bromides under ligandless conditions has been developed. The method is functional group tolerant and provides rapid access to target compounds in good yields.
