A new iron-catalyzed intermolecular three-component trifluoromethyl-acyloxylation of styrenes with NaSO₂CF₃ and various commercially available benzoic acids is achieved. A variety of ester-containing organofluorine compounds were synthesized smoothly under mild conditions. The reaction exhibits a broad substrate scope of styrenes and benzoic acids with moderate yields.
