Abstract

Herein, we designed a peptide chain with a special sequence and constructed a novel label-free fluorescent turn-on biosensor for the assay of trypsin based on the interaction between the designed peptide and quantum dots. Using this sensor, trypsin can be detected sensitively with a detection limit of 20 ng mL−1, even by the naked eye under a UV lamp.
